Here is a home whose theme was bright, vivid colors. As you can see, the contrast between the colors demands expert cut lines for a clean finish.

The six pictures above were taken after the rooms in these homes were painted. Prior to painting, each of these rooms was white. It sure helps to have a color consultant on hand that can work with the customer to achieve that customer's desired outcome. What a difference!!!

 
 
 
The above home was on the market for over a year with little movement.  Once we painted the interior with neutral colors and made the changes to the stair railings, chair rails, doors, and trim this house was sold in less than six months upon completion of our work.

This home was over a 150 years old. It still had some of the original windows. There is quite a contrast looking at the before and after pictures, wouldn't you agree?

 

Proper preparation was essential for this home. First, we powerwashed, then did initial scraping, powerwashed and scraped again to ensure we had prepped it correctly. You can see the difference a fresh coat of paint makes. This was a nine day project, seven of which were prepping the house to make sure it was properly protected.

In the end, it's all worth it and the home looks beautiful.

This is another historic house in Mt. Holly, NJ. It was built in 1753. Again, as you can see, it is all about the prep.

Homeowner told us she thought her home was boring and wanted to change the way it looked. She was amazed at the facelift we gave to her home. Her comments were how warm and appealing it looks; "Oh my gosh, it's like a brand new home".

Homeowner was very specific about having a paint that not only matched her stained door, but also wanted her home to stand out in the neighborhood so we used a high gloss finish.

 

This was a neighbor of one of the homes shown above. He basically said he wanted a facelift as well with a similar color concept. In the second picture, it's not quite completed but you can see the contrast to the original.

 

This home required not only a lot of prep but also some carpentry work to the windows as well as some cedar shake siding tiles to be replaced. Homeowner is ecstatic with how her home turned out as are we!!! Now we are moving inside to see what we can do for her.

A good power washing is all this shore home needed.
